H20 is on property today for a water leak repair near the southwest corner of the property close to building one. The water will need to be turned off to the entire property in order to complete this repair. This repair may take several hours, but we are not certain until we begin. Please avoid driving, parking or walking in this area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

UPDATE - Plumbing / Electrical

Due to the heavy rain, the transformer replacement has been delayed until tomorrow Thursday 1/26/12. This replacement will begin between 8 and 9am. There is a possibility that this could get rescheduled again due to more rain, but chances are that this replacement will happen tomorrow.

The plumbing repair has been delayed, but only by a few hours. This repair will begin at 2pm today, January 25th. We will have this complete as soon as we possibly can. We apologize for the changes and we thank you very much for your patience.

Electricity - Oncor

Oncor Electric Delivery is scheduled to be on property tomorrow Wednesday 1/25/12 for an emergency transformer replacement on the north east corner of Building 1. Beginning between 8-9am, the electricity will be turned off to Building 1 in order to complete this repair. It is uncertain whether the other buildings on property will be affected until the repair has begun. This repair should be complete by 12 noon. Please be careful as you are pulling in and out of the vehicle gate. If you are parked in the spaces closest to the transformer, please move your vehicle as soon as possible. We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause.
